One wrong cell breaks the math
An inserted row or a bad paste throws off a total, and no one notices until the numbers stop adding up.
budgeted keeps your development budget current as invoices come in, commitments change, and draws go out, so you always know where the money stands. Drawn to spec for developers and construction teams, not spreadsheets.
| Line | Description | Budget | Committed | Remaining | Status |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| 01.100 | Land acquisition | 6,470,000 | 6,470,000 | 0 | On budget |
| 03.200 | Concrete & foundations | 4,120,500 | 3,988,000 | 132,500 | On budget |
| 05.410 | Structural steel | 3,240,000 | 3,507,880 | −267,880 | Over budget |
| 09.900 | Interior finishes | 2,880,000 | 1,240,000 | 1,640,000 | In draw |
| 15.500 | Mechanical & HVAC | 3,910,000 | 3,655,200 | 254,800 | On budget |
Linked tabs, version conflicts, invoices buried in email, draw prep that eats a week. The bigger the budget gets, the riskier the spreadsheet, and the harder it is to trust the number.
An inserted row or a bad paste throws off a total, and no one notices until the numbers stop adding up.
The backup for a line is a PDF buried in someone’s inbox or a deep folder. Finding it becomes its own job.
Numbers keyed by hand across files mean no one is sure which spreadsheet is the current one.
By the time a cost overrun appears in the spreadsheet, the contingency it should have come from is already gone.
Your budget, invoices, and draws live in one place, so the current number is always one you can trust.
Every approved invoice and commitment updates the budget automatically, so your totals are always right.
Upload a PDF and budgeted reads the vendor, amount, and date, then attaches it to the budget line it pays.
Build draw packages from approved invoices and track change orders, without rebuilding a spreadsheet.
Track anticipated cost, exposures, and contingency so you catch overruns early, not at the next draw.

Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We don’t sell it, and we don’t share it outside your organization.
budgeted uses your vocabulary (draws, commitments, retainage, anticipated cost) because it’s purpose-built for developers and construction teams, not a generic budgeting tool with the nouns swapped.
